The Damn Am Series is one of the most widely covered and respected amateur skateboarding contest series in the industry today, along with Tampa Am. It is quickly becoming known as the "West Coast Tampa Am" each year in October at the Volcom Facility in Costa Mesa, California. An additional Damn Am event of the same caliber is held annually in June at the 3rd Lair Skatepark in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Damn Am Series now has two events that both have paths that can lead you to Tampa Am. The top 12 skaters at each event qualify for Tampa Am. The top two skaters at each event qualify for the Tampa Am Semi-Finals.
Coverage of the Damn Am appears in all major industry publications and websites. The events are run by the same staff that have organized and run Tampa Am and Tampa Pro for the last ten years, including Brian Schaefer and Rob Meronek.

- Skaters pre-registered for the Damn Am event will be able to skate 3rd Lair free of charge the week prior to the event

Damn Am Street Contest
- Event is one advanced division only
- 100 skater maximum entrants
- Registration begins today

- Only a team manager from a legitimate skateboard company can register riders. Individuals are not allowed to sign up directly.

Damn Am Street Best-Trick Contest
- Entry fee: Free, but only for Damn Am Street Contest skaters
- Prize money: $500 donated by Damn Am
- All donations, if any, will also be added to the existing $500 purse

Damn Am Bowl Jam
- 12 pack of anything to enter the Contest (beer preferably)
- Event is one advanced division only
- 30 skater maximum entrants
- Open to anyone including Pro Skateboarders
- Registration begins today

Friday - June 2, 2006
- Open Practice 9am to 8pm for Damn Am skaters only
- Riders meeting at 5pm
- Heat sheets posted, contest format, and night life will be the topics
- Damn Am Bowl Jam
- 30 skaters maximum
- Two, one minute runs, best run counts to determine results
- Top ten skaters advance to the official Damn Am Bowl Jam
- 20 minute session in jam format

- Open Practice 9am to 11am for Damn Am skaters only
- Damn Am Street Contest
- Begins at 11am
- 100 skaters
- Five heats
- Two, one minute runs, best run counts to determine results
- Top 30 skaters advance to Semi-Finals
- Top two qualifiers go directly to Finals

Sunday - June 4, 2004 Semi-Finals
- Open Practice 9am to 11am for Damn Am Semi-Finals skaters only
- Damn Am Street Semi-Finals
- Begins at 11am
- 28 skaters
- Two, one minute runs, best run counts to determine results
- Top ten skaters advance to Finals meeting up with top two street qualifiers
- Damn Am Street Finals
- Begins immediately after Damn Am Street Semi-Finals
- 12 skaters
- Three, one minute runs, best run counts to determine results
- All 12 skaters qualify for Tampa Am 2007
- Top two skaters go directly to the Tampa Am 2007 Semi-Finals
- Damn Am Street Best Trick
- Begins immediately after Damn Am Street Finals
- Available only for Damn Am Street Contest skaters
- 30 minute jam on obstacle to be determined during event
- Prize money: $500 donated by Damn Am
- All donations, if any, will also be added to the existing $500 purse
